Digital Downloads and Delivery Policy

Instant download DIY templates - Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.

Made to Order templates - After your order is placed you will receive an email confirming your purchase. You will receive your customized template via email within 2 business days. Your Made or Order template order includes one round of edits, additional edits will incur an additional fee, unless edits are due to designer error.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the digital nature of our products, we don't accept returns or cancellations. Even though digital products can't be physically returned.
